Hi everyone!  I'm Caitlin and this is my book review site.

A little about myself...

   I began reading when I was around five and immdiately fell in love.  I could get lost in other worlds and connect with the characters who lived there.  I remember getting caught up in the magic of J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter and Sorcerer's Stone and loving all the characters she created in the world of Hogwarts.  I am now a college student who still enjoys reading.  My favorite genres are paranormal (adult and YA), new adult, and romance.  There are books that pull at your heart strings and seem to weed their way into your mind.  I decided to start a review blog becasue of books like these.  I will have all these thoughts running through my head and really want to start sharing them with people.  Besides reading, I enjoy exercising, cooking, socializing, and sleeping. 

I have read a ton of books over the last year and will try to review them as best as I can.  I am not the best writer, so bear with me!  The books that stick with me the most are the ones that really make me feel; I'm no longer reading a story about two fictitious characters but people I have grown to care about.  When I get emotionally invested in a book, I know it is a good one.  There have been some nights I've stayed up till the sun rises just to finish a book.  I absolutely love swoon-worthy alpha male characters who will do anything for the girl they love.  I also like equally strong female characters who will push said alpha-males.  Happily ever afters are the best but I'm not totally against cliffhangers.  When there's an epic cliffhanger ending I will immediately look up when the next book comes out and proceed to being obsessed with it.  A good book will make me forget about everything else and allow me to escape into another world, time, or place. 

This is my first book blog so I hope you enjoy it!  I'll be writing a bunch of reviews of books I've already read so I'll post them here as I write them.  And you can find me on Goodreads

5 stars-LOVED it, could not put it down

4 stars-REALLY liked it, overall an enjoyable book

3 stars-liked it, it was an okay book but a little forgettable

2 stars-did not like it, it is forgettable

1 star- HATED it, did not finish

Some books will get a 6+ star rating, which pretty much means it was amazing and I can't stop thinking about it.
